Technical Support

⚠ IMPORTANT: Trade Workshops Only

Please Note: This service is strictly limited to automotive trade professionals and workshops. We do not provide technical diagnostics or support to private vehicle owners or retail customers.

Modern automotive electrical systems are highly complex. Successful diagnosis requires specialized equipment, schematic access, and professional training. To ensure we provide accurate and safe advice, we only partner with qualified workshops equipped to carry out the necessary testing.

How to Request Support

We are here to help you solve difficult electrical faults. To access our technical support, please raise a request via email. To avoid delays, your request must include the following details:

  • Vehicle Details
Full Make, Model, Year, and VIN.
  • Fault Symptoms
A detailed description of the failure, including the specific conditions when it occurs (e.g., cold start, under load, intermittent).
  • Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
A complete list of both Pre-Repair (historical) and Post-Repair (current) fault codes.
  • Work History
A list of any components that have already been replaced and testing steps you have already performed.

Our Process & Turnaround

Once your request is received, our engineering team will analyze the data provided.

We endeavour to respond to all technical inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.

While most support is provided via email to ensure you have a written record of the diagnostic steps, our technicians may reach out via a phone call if a complex verbal explanation is required.
